Tom Paffen

Tom Paffen is the Owner of Byblos Ventures and has extensive experience in fund management, both in the private and public sectors. They have held various roles, including Managing Partner at Byblos Ventures, Business Development Manager at Ericsson, and Investor/Advisor at Debiteurenbeurs. Currently, Paffen serves on the Advisory Board at IC University of Applied Sciences - Amsterdam and is a member of the Investment Committee at Round One Ventures. They have also contributed to academia as a PhD researcher and thesis supervisor at multiple universities.
