David Horton

David Horton is currently holding the position of Chief Technology Officer and Project Manager at Digital Resources, Inc. He has a background in engineering and has previously worked at Bock Technologies, Inc as an Engineer, Splash Media as Director of Engineering, and Primedia Workplace Learning as Assistant Chief Engineer. David completed his BA in Radio/Television from Baylor University in 1996.
