Monika Dunbar

Monika Dunbar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Government & Funders at Digital Science since January 2017, Monika previously held positions at Altum, Inc. as Program Manager, and at the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH) as Director of Grants Management, where major programs included managing multi-million dollar grants for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Monika’s career in grants management began at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where responsibilities included overseeing an ~$80 million annual budget for grants and contracts. Monika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Lynchburg, obtained in 2001.
