Luis di Martino

Luis Di Martino has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a NOC Technician at LEDEFYL. Luis then worked as a Support Engineer at Isbel S.A. from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they became a Teaching Assistant at Universidad de la República and also joined Dirección Nacional de Identificación Civil as an R&D Engineer, where they researched biometrics and developed customized solutions. From 2015 to 2020, Luis worked at Digital Sense as an R&D Engineer, focusing on image processing and machine learning. Currently, they hold the position of Machine Learning Team Lead at Digital Sense, starting in 2021.

Luis Di Martino completed their educational journey with a Masters's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad de la República in 2017. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university in 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Luis obtained a certification in "Image and video processing: From Mars to Hollywood with a stop at the hospital" from Coursera in 2013.
