Adrienne Tilley-Lefèvre

Adrienne Tilley-Lefèvre is an experienced professional in change management and people and culture strategy, currently serving as Change Capability Manager at Blackmores Group since January 2023. Tilley-Lefèvre also holds the position of Change Manager and Team Performance Coach at DigitalSmoothie and is the Founder of The Human Solar Panel. Previous roles include Regional People & Culture Manager at Coles, National HR Manager at Matt Blatt, and HR Manager at Apple, among others. With a strong entrepreneurial background as a Co-Founder of Empathy Nation and People and Performance Director at UMENCO, Tilley-Lefèvre has cultivated diverse expertise in organizational development since earning a BA with double majors in English and French from UNSW from 2002 to 2008.
