She brings over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources, where she has been dedicated to creating positive and inclusive workplace cultures.

At Digital Space, Gemma leads the People team, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development. She works closely with the Executive team to ensure that her colleagues have the environment, resources, and support they need to succeed.
