David Elms

David Elms is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chair of Boom Radio UK and the Digital Technology Advisory Group, as well as Managing Director of Ulmus Advisory, David possesses a strong background in the technology and media sectors. Prior to these positions, David spent over two decades at KPMG UK, where roles included Senior Adviser and UK Chair of Technology, Media and Telecoms, alongside leadership in the media division. David holds a Master's degree in History from the University of Sussex, obtained between 1980 and 1984, and completed earlier education at Anglo European School in Ingatestone.
