Eddie Martucci

Eddie Martucci is the current Director at Digital Therapeutics Alliance and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Akili Interactive Labs, Inc. Eddie has been in the digital health industry for over 10 years, having co-founded Akili in 2011 and served as Vice President of Research and Development and COO before becoming CEO. Prior to their work in digital health, Eddie worked at PureTech Ventures for 13 years, where they were a VP, Associate, Senior Analyst, and Principal. As a Principal, Eddie was responsible for identifying early-stage innovations with potential for human health impact and forming companies around those innovations. Eddie has also been on the founding teams of multiple NewCos in areas such as immunological health and cognitive neuroscience. Eddie received their PhD from Yale University and their research has been published in multiple peer-reviewed journals.

Eddie Martucci received their PhD in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University in 2009. Eddie also holds a Master's degree in the same field from Yale, which they received in 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Providence College in 2004.
