In 2009, they enrolled at Benedictine University and pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Management, which they completed in 2011. In 2012, Jae Marbury attended DePaul University for a Project Management Certification Course. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in digital marketing, including Customer Value Optimization from DigitalMarketer in September 2018, and Content Marketing Specialist and Email Marketer Specialist, both obtained in July 2017.
