Silvestre Abruzzo has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. In 2002, they developed educational software for a primary school in Italy. From 2010 to 2013, they pursued a PhD at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf. Starting in 2013, Silvestre worked as a Junior Software Developer and later as a Software Developer at Falk Technologies GmbH. In 2015, they held the positions of Senior C++ Developer and Lead C++ Developer at Falk Technologies GmbH (a company of Fyber). In 2017, they became the Director of RTB Engineering at Fyber RTB GmbH. Silvestre then transitioned to Fyber, where they held various roles including Senior Director - Technology and Vice President Engineering. Currently, Silvestre works as the Vice President of Engineering at Digital Turbine, starting from July 2022. Their previous roles involved leading and managing engineering teams, collaborating with product and technical services, and being responsible for building low latency webservers and state-of-the-art data collection systems for ad serving.

Silvestre Abruzzo has a solid education background. Silvestre obtained a Master's degree in Physics from the Università degli Studi di Torino from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics from the same institution from 2004 to 2007. Silvestre's earlier education includes attending the Instituto di istruzione superiore Giancarlo Vallauri - Fossano from 1999 to 2004, where they studied Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, in April 2015, Silvestre obtained a verified certificate for completing the course "Entrepreneurship 101: Who is your customer?" from edX.
