Leonie Loer's work experience includes roles at various companies. In 2017, they interned in business development at mediaplan GmbH. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a working student in the International Office at Münster School of Business. In 2020, they interned in operations management at EDEKA DIGITAL GmbH through a role at Food Tech Campus. In 2021, they were a recruiting intern at WorkMotion and later became a talent acquisition & employer branding manager at PayFit France until 2022. In 2023, they joined digital vikings GmbH as a recruiting consultant and also worked as a recruiting partner at Ray Sono.
Leonie Loer began their education at Hermann-Vöchting Gymnasium Blomberg, where they pursued a Bilinguales Abitur degree. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at FH Münster in 2016, where they studied Business Administration.
