Gerardo Laster

Gerardo Laster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio and program management, product development, and agile transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Portfolio Management/Program Management at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Laster co-founded DiViM - Digital Visual Management in June 2018. Previously, as a Senior Product Manager at Article Lab AI LLC, Laster led the launch of an AI platform for long-form content generation and enhanced UI/UX development. Laster has also held significant roles at LeadingAgile, Fareportal, Infosys, and Citrix, focusing on transformation initiatives, agile adoption, and operational excellence across various industries.
