Heather Maupin

Heather Maupin, RN, is an experienced User Experience Design Specialist currently with Digital Wave Technologies and a Web Designer for Richmond Public Schools. With a strong background in user experience design, Heather has led several successful projects, including a significant mobile application redesign for Presafe that improved usability for individuals with dementia. Heather has also contributed to enhancing website usability and accessibility through various roles, demonstrating expertise in user research, content strategy, and project management. Heather holds an Associate of Science in Nursing and has completed immersive training in UX design, complemented by a background in esthetics.
