Justin Ballard serves as the Founding Partner at Firm 21m PLLC since March 2024 and holds the position of General Counsel at Adakon Energy Solutions starting February 2024. Additionally, Justin co-hosts the "Energizing Bitcoin" podcast for Digital Wildcatters since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Martin Legal Group PLLC, co-founder and CEO of JAI Energy LLC, and Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Land at Century Natural Resources. Other roles encompass General Counsel at Sponte Resources, Land Advisor and Senior Staff Landman at Indigo Minerals, and Landman at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Justin Ballard obtained a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Administration from the University of Central Missouri.
