Eila Onniselkä is currently the Head of Global HR / People and Culture at Digital Workforce Services Plc. With a vast background in HR leadership roles in various companies such as HR Legal Services Oy, Human Resources - HR, Wipak, Kantar, Tns Market Research, KPNQwest Finland/EUnet Finland, and Tekniikan akateemiset TEK, Eila brings extensive experience to their current position. Eila holds a M.Sc in Education, Business management, Journalism, and Social psychology from the University of Tampere.
