Elias Levo

Elias Levo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elias started their career in 2011 with a 10-week internship at HOK-Elanto, where they gained experience in customer service and understanding the systems of S-Bank and Co-operative stores. In 2012, they worked as a service advisor at HOK-Elanto Liiketoiminta Oy and Fresh Tunes Finland, where they assisted in various office tasks and gained insights into the music business and artist management.

In 2013, Elias joined S-Pankki as a service advisor, specializing in process development, customer service, and co-op store services. Elias later became a specialist in digital customer service channels, contributing to development projects aimed at adding value to customers. Elias worked at S-Pankki until 2016.

In 2016, Elias joined Digital Workforce Services Plc as a solutions consultant, responsible for delivering end-to-end RPA projects for customers in various industries, including healthcare, public sector, industry, and insurance. Elias quickly progressed to become a consultant team lead, leading a new unit in the company and managing a team of 20+ consultants.

From 2017 to 2019, Elias worked as a manager at Digital Workforce, where they managed a professional services team in RPA and provided customer success management, program management, and senior advisory services to key accounts. Elias then became the head of run management, leading a global specialist team in IA maintenance and ensuring business continuity of automated processes.

From 2021 to 2023, Elias served as the head of product (Roboshore) at Digital Workforce, responsible for the development and management of a specific product.

Their most recent role, starting in March 2023, is the head of service operations at Digital Workforce Services Plc, overseeing the service operations and delivery of IA solutions.

In addition to their corporate experience, Elias pursued their passion for audio production by founding Elfunkk in 2007. Though currently on hold, Elfunkk specializes in composing hip-hop and pop instrumentals, recording, mixing, mastering, and graphic production.

Elias Levo completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, during the years 2009 to 2013. Their field of study focused on service design and management. In addition to their degree, Elias also obtained several certifications, including the Prince 2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from PeopleCert in April 2018, the Blue Prism Accredited Solution Designer certification from Blue Prism in March 2018, and the Blue Prism Accredited Professional Developer certification from Blue Prism in March 2017.
