Heikki Länsisyrjä

Heikki Länsisyrjä has an extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Heikki started their career at Nokia Data Oy Ab in 1988 as a Branch Manager in Software PD & Marketing. Heikki then joined ICL Data Oy as a Sales Director in 1992 and later became the Director of regional offices from 1996 to 1998. Heikki then moved on to Fujitsu Finland, where they held multiple roles including SVP of Sales & Client Management and SVP of IT infra services. During their time at Fujitsu Finland, they played a significant role in driving organic growth and bringing in new outsourcing clients. In 2006, they joined Itella Information Group Oy as the CEO and further expanded the company's operations from Nordic countries to cover Northern Europe. Heikki led the company's transformation from a non-profitable organization to a profitable corporation. From 2013 to 2015, Heikki served as the CEO of OpusCapita, overseeing the company's operations in 9 different countries and achieving substantial net sales and profits. Currently, they are a Partner and Co-Founder at Digital Workforce Nordic Oy, a leading service provider in renewing knowledge work in Health Care.

Heikki Länsisyrjä pursued their education at Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu. From 1983 to 1985, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marketing with a specialization in International Business Administration (IBA). Following this, Heikki completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing and Business Law from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu between 1985 and 1986.
