Karli Kalpala

Karli Kalpala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karli began their career as an IT trainee at KPMG in November 2012 before moving on to work as the CMO and VP of the organizing committee at Contact Forum Opiskelijamessut OY, where they organized a student recruiting fair. In 2013, they worked as a Junior Advisor in the Economic and Trade section of the Embassy of Finland in Beijing, reporting on China's economic development. In 2014, they wrote their Master's Thesis on collaborative product development for the oil industry at Aalto University. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Project Manager at Partiture Oy. Karli joined Digital Workforce Services Plc in 2016 as a Solutions Consultant and gradually moved up to roles such as Team Lead, PS Operations Manager, Head of Implementation Services, Head of Business & Service Design, and ultimately, Head of Strategic Transformation & Financial Services Industry. Karli Kalpala has a Master of Science - MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University. In addition to their formal education, Karli has obtained several certifications from Blue Prism. In 2016, they became an Accredited Blue Prism Developer with Distinction. The following year, in 2017, they earned the certification of Blue Prism Professional Developer. Finally, in 2018, Karli obtained the Blue Prism ROM architect certification.
