Tomi Kruuti

Tomi Kruuti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tomi began their career as a Logistics Employee at Inex Partners Oy in 2009. In 2010, they interned at Brandenburger Hof Hotel ***** where they worked in reservations and front office. In 2012, they worked as a Customer Service Consult at OpusCapita. In 2014, they worked as a Back Office Employee at Pohjola Bank Plc. Tomi then joined Aalto University as a Research Assistant in Business Development, where they collaborated on a research project with a Finnish multinational organization. In 2016, they joined Digital Workforce as a Solutions Consultant, where they were involved in various tasks such as robotic process automation, e-learning course creation, project management, and process analysis. Tomi progressed to the roles of Team Lead and Team Manager before becoming the Head of Project Management Office in 2021. Throughout their career, Tomi has gained experience in research, customer service, project management, and process analysis.

Tomi Kruuti earned a Master's Degree in Management and International Business from Aalto University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Finance from Carleton University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2009 and 2010, Tomi attended the Swiss Hotel Management School to study Hotel Management. In terms of additional certifications, Tomi obtained the Accredited Blue Prism Developer certification from Blue Prism in October 2016, and the Accredited Professional Developer certification from the same institution in April 2017.
