Victoria Kostoula

Victoria Kostoula is an experienced digital marketing professional currently serving as a Strategy & Growth Manager at digital4u since January 2019, previously holding roles as a Digital Account Manager and Performance Marketing Specialist. Victoria has also contributed to academia as a Lecturer in Digital Marketing at Epsilon College from November 2021 to September 2023, teaching subjects including Content Marketing Strategy and Paid Media Strategy. Prior to this, Victoria served as a Digital Marketing Manager at KF Beauty, where responsibilities included shaping a global digital media strategy and managing performance marketing efforts. Previous roles include Digital Marketing Executive at Shopological, Sales and Events Manager at the World Travel Market Portfolio, and an internship at digital4u. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Marketing Strategy and Innovation from Bayes Business School, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Southampton, and a foundation in education from Geitonas Private School in Greece.
