Jaelen Hollinger

Jaelen Hollinger, MBA, currently serves as the Director of People Culture & Success at DigitalC since May 2023. Previously, Jaelen held multiple roles at the Cleveland Foundation from January 2017 to May 2023, including Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Intern. Prior experience includes serving as an Admissions Student Coordinator and Tour Guide at Baldwin Wallace University from January 2016 to May 2017, along with a Human Resource Intern position at Chick-fil-A-Franchise during the summer of 2016. Jaelen earned a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution, having completed secondary education at Archbishop Hoban High School.
