Ritesh Srivastava

Ritesh Srivastava has a strong background in technology and business leadership. Ritesh is currently serving as the Founder & CEO of DigitalChameleon.ai, where they have developed a groundbreaking no code digital experience platform called Chameleon. This platform helps businesses create digital experiences for their customers more efficiently and effectively. Ritesh founded DigitalChameleon.ai in 2019 and continues to lead the company.

In addition to their current role, Ritesh is also the Co-Founder of NestEgg Loans, Australia's first up to 100% home loan provider with no LMI (Lenders Mortgage Insurance) requirements. This endeavor is set to launch soon and addresses a real problem in the Australian market. Ritesh's involvement with NestEgg Loans began in 2022.

In 2010, Ritesh founded Epictenet, an Australian fintech company that focuses on driving technology and digital transformation. Through Epictenet, Ritesh offers IT strategy consulting and helps businesses evaluate and select appropriate technologies for their operations.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Ritesh gained extensive experience in the banking and technology industries. Ritesh served as the Head of Commercial Relationship at Oracle from 2008 to 2010, where they managed the commercial relationship with NAB and uBank for a core banking transformation program. During their tenure, Ritesh negotiated various delivery and support contracts and facilitated collaboration between NAB and Oracle.

Before joining Oracle, Ritesh worked at Temenos, where they served as a Project Manager from 1999 to 2008. In this role, they managed large-scale projects for the implementation of core banking solutions.

Ritesh began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Business Lead. During their time there from 1997 to 1999, Ritesh provided functional knowledge and leadership to the Trade Finance product team. Ritesh demonstrated and sold the product while also ensuring compliance with RBI requirements through collaboration with tier 1 Indian banks.

Ritesh Srivastava completed their Master in International Business degree in Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya between 1995 and 1997.
