Ramin Khaksar

Ramin Khaksar is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in food safety, biotech, and regulatory affairs. As the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Scientific Officer at Clear Labs since 2014, Ramin has shaped research and development efforts, overseen operations, and led quality assurance initiatives. Ramin co-founded Clear Labs and played a pivotal role in launching innovative products like the Clear Safety Salmonella and Listeria platforms. In addition, Ramin has held academic positions, serving as an adjunct faculty member at Rutgers University and previously as an associate professor at Shahid Beheshti University, where Ramin contributed significantly to food safety education and research. Ramin's career is marked by a commitment to mentoring students and conducting impactful research, along with key roles in consulting and regulatory advisory capacities within various organizations and governmental bodies.
