Magnus Leijonborg

Magnus Leijonborg (born 1966) acts as the CEO. The CEO is responsible for the company’s business operations and executive management in accordance with the Limited Liability Companies Act and the instructions given by the Board of Directors. The CEO chair the Management Team but is not a member of the Board of Directors. The main terms of the CEO’s contract must be agreed on in writing. The Board of Directors annually evaluates the performance of the CEO.
