Marika Koskenkanto

Marika Koskenkanto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design research, user experience, and service design. Currently serving as a Senior Design Researcher and Service Designer at Digitalist Group & Network since September 2015, Marika previously held the position of Senior UX Specialist & Partner at Cresense from March 2011 to August 2015. Marika's earlier roles include UX Specialist & Partner at Etnoteam Finland Oy and Consultant in User Experience at M-real, where significant contributions involved customer experience studies and product design insights. Marika's career began with various research-related positions, including Research Assistant at the University of Helsinki and Research Interviewer at Mixi Group. Marika holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Helsinki and has furthered education at the Helsinki School of Economics.
