Pooja Kude

Pooja Kude has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as an Associate Cloud Support Engineer at DigitalOcean since September 2020, previously holding positions as a Customer Advocate and Associate Customer Advocate. Prior to this, Pooja worked at Infosys from November 2018 to September 2020 as a Support Engineer, managing applications for the Quality Management system and utilizing automated testing tools such as HPALM and Octane. Earlier experience includes a role as a Design Engineer at Adient India Pvt Ltd from December 2016 to October 2018, where responsibilities included monitoring server infrastructure and deploying new technologies, and as a Junior Support Engineer at Diya Systems from March 2015 to June 2016, providing L1/L2 support for customer issues related to websites, emails, and security.
