Terry Lang

Terry Lang, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Tax & Treasury at DigitalOcean since March 2023. Previously, Lang held positions as Vice President of Tax and Treasury at EngageSmart and Senior Director of Tax & Treasury at Contentful. With extensive experience in the tax field, Lang served as Director of Domestic Income Tax and Income Tax Accounting at Twilio Inc., and Senior Director of Tax at SendGrid prior to its acquisition by Twilio. Earlier roles include Vice President of Global Tax at TwentyEighty, Inc., Vice President and Director of Corporate Taxes at ARCADIS, and Income Tax Manager at MDC Holdings. Lang began a career in tax at KPMG LLP as a Tax Manager and also worked as Accounting Supervisor at Leprino Foods. Education was obtained at Sam Houston State University, with attendance from 1988 to 1992.
