Warren Jenson

Warren Jenson currently serves as President and CFO of Nielsen since April 2023 and holds board member positions at Ripple and Jobcase, Inc., where Jenson is also the Chair of the Audit Committee. Additionally, Jenson has been a board member at DigitalOcean since December 2020, serving on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Jenson has been the President of Jenson Company since November 2011. Prior professional experience includes roles as President, CFO, and Executive MD of International at LiveRamp, CFO and EVP at Acxiom, COO at Silver Spring Networks, CFO at Electronic Arts, and CFO at Amazon.com. Jenson earned a Master's Degree in Accountancy and Business Taxation from Brigham Young University from 1978 to 1981.
