They manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs, and ensure the company attracts qualified candidates for roles in cloud-native development, hybrid cloud infrastructure automation, and SRE automation. This team also oversees vendor management and workforce planning to meet the dynamic and specialized staffing requirements of the company’s global operations.
