Terry Ward

Terry Ward, MSPM, PgMP, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Terry has worked in various roles and industries, showcasing their expertise in project and program management.

Starting in 2002, Terry began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a CH-53E Aiframes Sheetmetal and Hydraulics Technician. Terry later moved on to become a Primary Marksmanship Instructor, Enlisted Aircrew/Aerial Observer/Gunner, and Aviation Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) Inspector. During this time, they developed strong organizational and technical skills.

In 2011, Terry transitioned to the civilian sector and joined CNS Communications. Terry served as a Project Manager, Director of Project Management, and eventually became the Vice President of Operations. Terry'sleadership skills and ability to manage complex projects were instrumental in the company's success.

In 2017, Terry joined Network Wireless Solutions as the Director of Sales and later became the National Account Manager. Terry effectively utilized their strong communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain successful client relationships.

In 2019, Terry joined VersaComm Corp., starting as a Project Manager for the Dish Wireless National Build. Terry quickly advanced to the role of National Program Manager, overseeing large-scale projects for carrier, government, and enterprise clients. Later, they became the Director of Operations and Field Services, where they successfully managed operations and field services teams.

Expectedly, Terry's career progresses as they go on to work at DigitalOptometrics in 2023 as the Director of Implementation Operations. This role further demonstrates their ability to lead and implement strategic initiatives.

Throughout their career, Terry has obtained several certifications, including MSPM, PgMP, and PMP, which validate their knowledge and proficiency in project and program management.

Terry Ward holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, obtained from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Terry is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the same university, expected to be completed in 2023. In addition, Terry holds various certifications including Program Management Professional (PgMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
