Jessica Stoner has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Jessica started their career at Rosetta Stone as a Sales and Operations Manager, where they managed HR, marketing, sales, customer service, and other aspects of the business. Jessica was then promoted to Operations Manager and led the recruitment and training of top talent. After that, they joined Synergy HomeCare Franchising, LLC as the Director of Community Partnerships, where they increased market share in B2B medical sales and implemented new programs to position the firm as a provider of choice. Finally, Jessica worked at Corestaff Services, first as a Client Solutions Specialist and then as a Recruitment and Operations Manager, where they oversaw account implementation and managed a team to attract top talent. Jessica eventually became the Operations Director, Strategic Accounts, where they facilitated clients' financial success and oversaw all hiring, financial planning, and reporting structure. Currently, Jessica is the Director Of Strategic Accounts at Corestaff Services, where they direct recruitment strategy and talent acquisition operations for Fortune 500 companies and holds P&L responsibility for gross profit.
