Aaron Newton

Aaron Newton currently serves as the Chief of Staff in the Founders Office at DigitalPaani since April 2025. Prior to this role, Aaron worked as a Growth & Capabilities Consultant at Advantage Club Technologies Inc from June 2022 to March 2025, where significant achievements included a 200% increase in lead retention, a 100% increase in lead conversion, and a 150% increase in inbound leads through the implementation of an in-house CRM. Additionally, Aaron was instrumental in strategizing and developing two end-to-end product verticals and facilitated market and business expansion into two new geographies. Earlier experience includes a Business Development and Analytics Internship at Verzeo from January 2021 to June 2021. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, obtained in 2022, and a High School Diploma in Engineering Science from Birla Public School in Doha, Qatar, completed in 2018.
