Olivier's earlier career includes significant roles at adhoc PES AG, where the titles ranged from Chief Technical Architect to Lead Performance Engineer, complemented by experience at Compuware as a Consultant in Professional Services. Olivier's educational background includes a Master’s degree in security from Université de Technologie de Troyes and another Master's in informatics from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1.
