Paula Williamson-Allen, MA, PMP®, CSM℠, A-CSM℠

Paula Williamson-Allen has extensive experience in project and program management, having led teams in various industries including finance, banking, IT, and consumer goods. Paula Williamson-Allen, has managed large-scale IT projects, designed and implemented PMOs, and developed IT project management methodologies. In their most recent role as Director of Delivery Excellence and Client Success PMO at Reveald, Inc, they managed a team of seven project managers and oversaw operation and management of the company's IT portfolio. Williamson-Allen has also led programs for HCM transformation and security implementations, and managed teams responsible for managing portfolios, services and solutions as well as overseeing financial operations. Paula Williamson-Allen, has experience with PPM systems, including implementation and optimization of tools, processes, and strategies.

Paula Williamson-Allen has a diploma in Business Administration and Management obtained from Bellevue Senior High School, which they attended from 1989 to 1993. In 2005, they obtained an Associates of Arts in Business Administration from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication from the same institution in 2007. Later from 2009 to 2012, they got a Masters in Management degree from American Public University System. The certifications they hold are IT Information Library Foundations, Agile Project Management, DevOps Foundations, Developing Executive Presence, Executive Presence for Women, Learning JIRA software, Scrum, Adaptive Project Leadership, Agile Software Development, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Certified Municipal Clerk, Project Management Professional, and Certified ScrumMaster.
