Paula Williamson-Allen has extensive experience in project and program management, having led teams in various industries including finance, banking, IT, and consumer goods. Paula Williamson-Allen, has managed large-scale IT projects, designed and implemented PMOs, and developed IT project management methodologies. In their most recent role as Director of Delivery Excellence and Client Success PMO at Reveald, Inc, they managed a team of seven project managers and oversaw operation and management of the company's IT portfolio. Williamson-Allen has also led programs for HCM transformation and security implementations, and managed teams responsible for managing portfolios, services and solutions as well as overseeing financial operations.
