Tom Pizer, CPM, PSM I have over 25 years of diverse work experience in project management, sales, and IT. Tom is currently the Vulnerability Management Program Manager and was previously the Client Success Manager at Reveald, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Fifth Third Bank in various roles, including Lead IT Project Manager and Scrum Master/Agilist. Tom has also served as a Senior IT Project Manager at CBTS and North American Bancard. Additionally, they have worked as a Bankcard Project Manager at Fifth Third Bank as well as a Relationship Manager II and Project Conversion Manager. Before working in project management, Tom Pizer worked as a General Sales Manager at K and a Dialer Coordinator and Collections Representative at G.E. Card Services. Their IT experience includes working as a Programming Analyst at Convergys and a Helpdesk Manager at G.E. Capital Information Technologies.

Tom Pizer, CPM, PSM I received a Project Management Certification from Xavier University in the year 2013. He, then, completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology from the University of Cincinnati, between the years 1993 to 2005. In 1999, they attended the Cincinnati State University for an uncertain period of time. Additionally, they attained several certifications such as Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in October 2022, Scrum: Advanced and What Is Scrum? from LinkedIn in October 2021, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues from LinkedIn in August 2020, and Certified Project Manager from Xavier University.
