Craig Reynolds

Craig Reynolds is an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager and Call Recording and WFO Team Leader. With a background in telecommunications engineering, Craig has worked in various companies such as DigitalWell, Capita IT and Networks, Adtech Global, Sabio, Morgan Stanley, and Goldfish. Craig has extensive experience in implementing and configuring Verint and Avaya Workforce Optimization product suites, as well as managing system installations and upgrades. Craig holds certifications up to level 15 and has a BSc Hons in Telecommunications Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University.
