Cynthia Winters

Cynthia Winters has a solid work experience in the field of web services and project management. Cynthia started their career as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at a company where they supervised a team and ensured quality standards for customer websites. Cynthia then moved on to become the Manager of Web Design and Quality, where they managed and developed customer websites while maintaining high design standards. Cynthia also worked as a Project Manager for a company that develops and hosts websites and software, where they managed implementation projects and acted as a liaison between developers and clients. Their most recent role was as the Director of Web Services/Project Management at DigitalWork, where they led a team focused on maintaining and building new website infrastructure, reported directly to the CEO, and worked on initiatives to increase revenue and cut costs. Prior to their work in web services, Cynthia was an Instructor at Central Michigan University, where they taught introductory speech courses and managed teaching assistants.

Cynthia Winters pursued their education at Central Michigan University from 1994 to 2000. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Arts (B.A.A) degree with a major in Organizational Communication.
