Rajiv Nayan

Rajiv Nayan has a diverse work experience spanning over several reputable companies. Rajiv started their career in 1998 as an IT consultant at TCS, where they worked until 2000. Rajiv then joined GE Industrial Systems as a Business Process Consultant from 2000 to 2003. Subsequently, they worked at JP Morgan Chase as an IT consultant in 2003. In 2005, they joined TCS Canada as a Business Development Executive and then moved to IBM Canada in a similar role from 2006 to 2009. Rajiv worked at Tata Consultancy Services from 2009 to 2021, assuming positions such as Director of Strategic Business Development and Industry Cluster Leader. Currently, they are at Digitate, where they hold the position of Vice President since 2022 and previously worked as General Manager, Head of Market Development Americas, and Global Head of Marketing.

Rajiv Nayan completed their General Management studies at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2019. In 2017, they pursued studies in Artificial Intelligence & Business at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, Rajiv earned an MBA specializing in Strategy and Finance from the same institution. Rajiv'sundergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering, was obtained from Delhi College of Engineering from 1994 to 1998.
