James Fraser

James has over 25 years experience of management roles within both the private and public sector. From the later 1990’s James has been involved in delivering major organisational change projects within the public sector before setting up his own management consultancy in 2004 (KRC Consulting). KRC Consulting operated largely within the criminal justice system, specifically around major government change programmes, to intergrate working practices across criminal justice agencies.
