Sandeep Malhotra

Sandeep Malhotra currently serves as the Chief Strategy, Solutions and AI Officer at Digitide, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Sandeep was SVP of Global Pre-Sales and Solutions at Coforge from February 2024 to March 2025 and served as SVP and Head of Strategy and Growth at Birlasoft between July 2022 and January 2024. A long tenure at HCL Technologies from July 2002 to July 2022 included roles as Senior Vice President & Global Industry Leader of Telecom, Media, and Entertainment, and Business Unit Head for Media & Entertainment, overseeing a $50M portfolio. Sandeep also contributed as Program Manager and Global Education Technology Leader, managing significant client relationships. Earlier career experience includes various technical roles at HCL Infosystems Ltd. Sandeep holds a PMP Certification from the Institute of Project Management and an MCA in Information Technology from M Engineering College.
