Cole Chandler

Cole Chandler has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Recruiter at Digits since November 2024. Prior to this role, Cole worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Flex and as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for the US at Mosaic Group, which was acquired by Bending Spoons. Cole also held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BVA before its acquisition by The Stable, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle recruitment and overseeing a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Talent Partner at Integrity Power Search and a Senior Technical Recruiter at Brooksource, specializing in IT recruitment. Cole began a career in education as a Teachers Aide at Jennie Rogers Elementary while earning a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Centre College.
