Malibu Colony Partners strategically and confidentially builds global collaborative Executive Leadership teams. Our passion is growing new market segments that automate life and disrupt industries. We have a deep reach into emerging digital technology brands. MCP has placed emotionally intelligent management teams for new product introductions, revamping a brand's digital identity, and reorganizing structure during M&A, for public companies, start-ups, and private equity firms. We identify cultural nuances, design organizations, provide a valued talent pipeline, managing the full-cycle talent acquistion process for our clients to succeed profitably and efficiently, regardless of marketing timing. Working a little differently than most big executive search firms, by taking on no more than a few clients at a time, MCP is more interested in personalized long-term advisory role relationships, than placing volume.
