Burcu Tur has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Burcu started their career as a Fraud Specialist at TELSIM in 2000 before moving on to become a Fraud Manager in 2001. After leaving TELSIM in 2006, Burcu joined Vodafone as a Customer Retention Manager. Over the course of their tenure at Vodafone, they held various roles including Back Office Senior Manager and Customer Operations Business Partners Senior Manager.
