Necla Esra Atay serves as the Litigation and Collection Manager and Legal Counsel at Digiturk since October 2016, bringing extensive experience in the legal field. Prior roles include practicing as a Lawyer at horak. Rechtsanwalte specializing in IT & IP Law, and at Ozcanlar Law Office focusing on litigation. Necla gained foundational experience through internships at Paksoy Law Firm, Cavus & Coskunsu Law Firm, and DLA Piper, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law from KU Leuven and an LL.M. in European Union Law from Istanbul University, complemented by previous degrees in Law.
