William Ferrara

William Ferrara is the President and Co-Founder of Harbour Island Consulting, leveraging over 33 years of leadership experience from U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assist businesses and government agencies with regulatory, trade, and security challenges. They previously served as Director of Field Operations at CBP and held various senior leadership roles where they implemented diversity initiatives and led critical responses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, Ferrara also contributes as Co-Chair of the Customs Committee for CONECT and as an Executive Mentor-Instructor with Engaging Training Solutions Inc.
