Armand Rejano has been working as a Clinical Liaison at Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital since January 2017. Prior to this role, Armand worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse and Discharge Coordinator at Chandler Regional Medical Center. Armand also has experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Archstone Care Center. Armand received education from GateWay Community College in 2005-2006. In the current role, Armand fosters relationships with providers and community partners to provide acute inpatient rehabilitation level of care to the East Valley Community.
