Holly Lancaster

Holly Lancaster serves as the Director of Rehabilitation at Legacy Healthcare Services and engages as a PRN Occupational Therapist at Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital since July 2021. Prior to this, Holly held the role of Director of Rehabilitation at Ageility from October 2018 to July 2021, overseeing the rehabilitation program in compliance with federal and state regulations. Holly also served as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Reliant Rehabilitation from August 2016 to April 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
