The Account Management team at DiMassimo Goldstein is responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, and strategically guiding projects to successful completion. Comprising roles such as Account Director, Account Executive, and Group Account Director, this team works closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, coordinates multi-disciplinary efforts within the agency, and maintains a high standard of service to promote Positive Behavior Change. They play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
