Hans Asplund began their work experience as a Field Service Engineer at Digital Equipment in 1984. Hans then went on to become a Branch Manager at the same company from 1987 to 1990, followed by a role as a Sales Manager from 1991 to 1994. Hans then joined ABB Energy Information Systems as a Key Account Sales Manager from 1994 to 1999. After that, they worked at IFS as a Key Account Sales Manager from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2012, they served as a Sales & Marketing Manager at EG A/S. Hans later worked at Acando as a Sales Manager from 2012 to 2014, and then transitioned to iBiz Solutions AB as an Account Manager from 2014 to 2015. Starting in 2015, they became a Sales Executive at Xledger until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Key Account Sales Manager at Digpro, where they have been since February 2020.

Hans Asplund attended Thorildsplans Gymnasium from 1973 to 1976, where they focused on the field of study in Telecom. Later on, they pursued their higher education at IHM Business School from 1991 to 1992, majoring in Ekonomi & Marknad.
