Willy Chandra is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the beverage and beauty industries. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager and Head of Commercial Indonesia at Diageo since December 2017, Willy Chandra leads spirits business operations, manages P&L, and drives market growth through strategic initiatives. Prior to Diageo, Willy Chandra held various key roles at L'Oréal, including Area Sales Manager, where successful execution of sales targets and operational excellence was achieved across modern trade channels. Previous experience also includes positions at PT Nutrifood Indonesia, focusing on distribution development and marketing promotion. Willy Chandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Universitas Sumatera Utara.
